Why haven't I received my Payout yet?

Payout hasn't arrived yet? Not to worry! In most cases it's just a matter of the payment taking time to be cleared by your financial institute and you can expect to see it soon!

Payouts are held in arrears for a week before they are sent

Keep in mind that payouts are held a week in arrears before being issued. This just means you get paid a week later than the week during which your earnings were made.

Confirm your payout was sent

To confirm if a payment was sent:

  1. Go to your drop-down menu 
  2. Performance Insights
  3. Hit <View> next to "Payout History"

If your payment wasn't sent, the answer is typically one of a few reasons:

  • It may be that you didn't set up a payment method yet
  • It may be that the payment method was not set up before the payout cutoff at 23:45 UTC (7:45 PM EDT) on Tuesday.
  • It could also be that you did not yet hit the payout minimum for your earnings to be sent. (Find out how to set-up or update your payment method here.)

If payout was sent and you still haven't received it

If you confirm the payment was sent, next you'll want to see if you are still within the expect processing time frame for your payment. Keep in mind, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If a payout day lands on a holiday, the payment will be sent on the following business day.
